The support I received from William *** in resolving our issues exceeded my expectations. He was very helpful in getting our Verifone terminal back up and running. Was very helpful instructing me on how to set up the Merchant Portal. Very pleased. ***** **
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today. Our credit card machine was one of the over 12,000 machines that went down today, and needless to say business was greatly affected. Once getting in contact with the customer service representative, Deryl, our problems were quickly resolved. Despite all the difficulties and frustrations, Deryl was a delight to speak with effectively resolved the issue. He did a fantastic job! Very happy that our system is working again. Thanks Deryl!!
