Deryl was wonderful!!! Our company received a new credit card terminal from Talus Pay, but we had problems processing charges using our new terminal. We called Talus Pay and received a call back within minutes. Talus Pay representative, Deryl, hung in there with me (over 2 hours) until he got the problem solved. When he found he could not resolve the problem, he went up the supervisor ladder until he found someone to help us rectify the situation. Thank you Talus Pay, Deryl was very helpful and a joy to work with.
