We have been using Talus for our in house merchant processing for a year and a half. They are the best merchant processing company I have used in more than 20 years. Smaller merchants such as ourselves (less than $100,000 per year in card processing) generally pay higher rates than we pay with Talus and have to put up with non-responsive customer service. Their service has been as good as anyone could ask.
