Deborah ***** did a great (and quick) job in rectifying the issue we had with our terminals. She was very personable and knew what she was doing so that we could be up and running quickly. We've been using Talus Pay for quite some time now and we are very happy with their service.

Ashton was super helpful when I had to call in to have our credit card machine reset. I didn't have the merchant ID so he couldn't pull up the account. That was not going to stop him from helping us out. He talked me through some easy to follow steps and helped us get our system back up and running! We are extremely satisfied with the service from Talus Pay.
