The representative I spoke with was so helpful and nice. She took the time to answer all my questions and walk through any steps that I needed to make sure I understood the process.
I had an urgent question on my statement and after speaking to Delano I then understood why I had been charged. In addition, he changed the settings on my account from daily to monthly so that I received the full deposit every day and have the card fees deducted every month instead of daily. Delano was very accommodating and assisted me with my issue.
Mike was so very helpful when I called in to get our credit card app working correctly for off-site sales. I am totally happy with how Mike treated me, and the fact that he stayed on the line with me while I got everything set up.

Customer service was awesome, Deryl was very helpful and patient with helping set up our new terminal. This is the first time I have ever left a review for anyone or any company, I really felt he deserved my time to show my appreciation as well as letting his company know what a great job he did.
