Talus offers the best rate. I will never use another credit card processing company again, especially the big banks. Talus also have great customer service.
Got off to a bad start. Had to wait 1 week before I could get it activated!!! Randy ******* sold me the system. A few days later the equipment arrived. Randy said it was easy to set up but it took me 1 week !!! I called him a dozen times at different times, different days. All I got was his voice mail, which he never replied to. On one of my calls, I reached either his wife or girlfriend. She said he'd call me back but didn't. I have mixed emotions, I still don't know exactly what my costs will be and will know more after a few months. The rep that came to my business was friendly and helpful but had to call the main office to find out anything. The manager she called has tried to be helpful. The lady who assisted with my machine hookup was very competent and friendly. She deserves a 5 star rating and makes me hopeful of long term positive results.
Talus Pay is a business located in north Dallas. This company is made up of at least ten(10) folks, who are there "taking care of business". As a customer for six(6) months, I spoke with these fine folks. They were all very helpful. Unfortunately, Talus Pay was not the best fit for me, but if their process and procedures change....will see.
I had been having trouble with my EBT Card machine. The EBT machine was totally separate from my Credit Card machine. I was reading over the trouble shooting information when I noticed that Talus would allow me to process EBT over their machine. I called the company and was connected to Jazz. She was able to walk me thru the entire process in just a few minutes! She was kind and considerate and a pleasure to do business with! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating was they do not not have a seasonal program and as a resort in Minocqua Wisconsin we are only open 7 months but I have to pay all year. But their pricing is good and their statements easy to read and understand. And their customer service is helpful knowledgeable and friendly.
