Was using another company but having real trouble getting any service help. Just signed up with Talus and was a little wary but now that I am completely set up not only do I have great service but my rates have gone down by almost half and my overall fees are much less. Debra Haney was a delight to work with while setting up my account. I think it took me all of five minutes to get it set up and running. Thanks Deborah.

Debi ***** was very helpful and knowledgeable about her product, and walked me through the setup in less then 5 minutes. She needs a raise. She was very polite. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needed this service.

I had an urgent question on my statement and after speaking to Delano I then understood why I had been charged. In addition, he changed the settings on my account from daily to monthly so that I received the full deposit every day and have the card fees deducted every month instead of daily. Delano was very accommodating and assisted me with my issue.

Mike was so very helpful when I called in to get our credit card app working correctly for off-site sales. I am totally happy with how Mike treated me, and the fact that he stayed on the line with me while I got everything set up.
