First time was perfect. 5 stars.Second time I found lots of really ugly new scratches by polishing machine. Bye Bye Alpha Fleet Service... Never again.
They charged us $193 to tell us it would cost 2900 To fix our truck. We took it somewhere else and paid $178 for parts and labor. We were referred by a neighbor, and it looks like they pick and choose who to do dirty so only go here if you are feeling like getting screwed.
If you want to waste your money come here! They over charge and make up fees just to get more money out of you. Paid over $150 for a alignment!
Called to inquire about an estimate and the person I'm talking to steps out of mid conversation to talk to other employees, as if I wasn't here. Won't be taking my care here…
Poor customer service. Overcharge of 60% than quoted for the inspection. Didn't even send the price quote for repairs to the machine as was included in the inflated price I paid. Nor did they call as I asked when they went to inspect the machine. I do not recommend them & will not use them again.
All seems well, until the confusing invoice and the prices were criminal... Beware.I asked them to review the invoice and call me with any adjustments they might like to make... not even a return phone call...That being said I was very impressed with other shop, his knowledge and work ethic...Sadly I will no longer be a customer.
I am so unhappy with the customer satisfaction giving here or lack of! The staff was very rude and did poor work. My truck was in their shop for over a month. Which made me have to rent a truck. When I did get it back the transmission was still slipping. I am so upset with the time and money wasted and the disrespect I received as a customer! I will NEVER go back there again!
I got there to change brake chamber on my trailer . Service sucks : Waited hour for mechanic , He tried to charge road service which I refused : explained to him I drove to shop by myself. No restrooms , no hospitality at all Charged $255 And I went to check brake chamber and if was even new one , hello ?He went to repair it again ...
These guys are nice and will change a flat tire for free. For that, I give them much credit. However, when I went to get my transmission fluid and differential fluids changed they wanted to charge me $450. They told me it was because of the high cost of the fluids which were "special." I went to the dealership however and bought all the oil for $60. Guess the guys wanted to make $390 for a half hour's worth of work. Took it somewhere else and had the whole thing done for less than $100. May not ever go back here.
