Wow! alpha fleet will charge me $105 per hour. These guys want to charge me $155. One of them says, "You should take it to other shop then." I said" that's unfortunate, I have 3 diesel trucks"... then they says ... "Yep bye.".... Hopefully these guys go out of business. Never felt so insignificant when I was going to pay them over $1000 for 6 hour job. Good luck Alpha fleet
obvously 3 of these reviews are from diesel specialists so that doesnt make me to sure of how good they are
Attempted to get a diagnostics for my truck and after burning half a tank of gas and charging $150 they said nothing was wrong. Well possibly the EGR was dirty. Took to another shop and my up pipe to my turbo was broke almost completely in half. Took them less than an hour to give an accurate description. Would not waste my time, money, or gas!
Their halfass diagnostics didn't locate the injector problem, so apparently they need a better computer. THEN I learn it was nothing to do with the injectors. Don't waste your hard earned $$ on these characters. Got another bid from a diesel shop to install the injectors I buy... 4-5 hours @ $95.00 hr...
'It's a shame they use 'honest' as their name. please read carefully about every word on the paper they give you, something might different from they promised. when my truck break on the road, I spend 90 dollars to tow it to their shop, of course I want it is fixed and can drive away, otherwise I will tow to other place. The fact is they charge 600 bucks and left me a truck can't be drive and I have to tow it again and repair it again with another 1000 bucks
'It is cheating.. terrible experience. Our trukr ran into a bumper on a Friday evening , then engine oil was leaking, the oil pan was damaged. They did not repair my truk, but charged me $650 for only changing the lower oil pan. They did not fix the upper oil pan. They did not told me this. I thought they fix it all
'They fixed my track or so called foxed it. It broke down again a day later took it back they tried to charge me again 7 months later it's still there I get a call saying we just got the part we are working on it now. I Gave them my track to work on in March it's November 26 right now. They are the worst shop ever and they really thought I was gonna pay them again ha when I threatened to get lawyers involved they got scared. Don't go here point blank
'Hi. Id like to say that this place is just not professional or organized. They are scam artists. They all watch each others backs. super bad. Says he knows nothing. they did most the talking and straight lied about the work being done on our truck. likes to hang the phone up when asking for employees names. And shouldn't be handling vehicles if he doesn't know the right amount of oil to put in vehicles and kills them. This place is a joke..you guys should get fired. You guys have no idea what you guys are doing there.
'Waited at this truck wash for 35 minutes, I was ONE of THREE trucks there. Rushed through drying my truck, left streaks all over. Will not be coming back.
