I drove in cause there were a waiting line at my usual shop.Then these idiots tried to charge me $35 for bringing my own oil and filter...Meanwhile they are doing $19.99 oil change special . It didn't make a lot of sense.Back to my shop,chill , had it done at flat $22 no gimmick,no B.S,No idiot treat me like a Camry driver.

I should have known better when I pulled up when I was the only trak there then the people that change your oil was standing around doing nothing I went in there the price was $56 and then when the service was done it jumped to $76 far more than other would charge me then I called the manager and they hung up on me they didn't even give me a military discount like I like they said if I was you I would find somewhere else to get your oil changed there are plenty of good places out there that don't rob you

Unfortunately I've got to take away my 5 stars and positive review. Today my oil filter popped off and all the oil leaked out. Truck had to be towed back to mechanic where they showed me this place USED THE WRONG OIL FILTER. This could have been real real BAD costing me the car. I was told by my mechanic they have messed up other people's truck pretty bad here. I was told these are just young kids they hire here to do oil changes and not actual mechanics!!!

Fast, talked me into an $80 oil change and then I went to use my windshield wipers fluid and it was empty... makes me wonder what ELSE they didn't check. Did I get the $80 service with the $45 oil in it or did I get what I paid for? I don't know, have to drive BACK there to ask them what the deal is. Makes me not want to return.

I don't like being told one price showing up and it's almost 20 dollars higher. Instant lose credibility I was looking for a new place to be a customer to since I moved to the area, this will not be the place

This guy charge me $41 for smog even though my monitor is not ready yet. He told me to drive my truck for 100 miles and come back and he'll charge me again for $35. So I did drive my truck for a hundred miles cos I just bought a brand new battery and I came back here and he said your monitor is not ready yet. Comeback tomorrow morning or go next door to Alpha Fleet sevice and they'll pass you. Smh. He's in a hurry cos it's about to close. Worst customer service

I called to make an appointment and whoever was on the phone was rude and didn't want to look at my truck because I had engine insurance policy.

Wrote a bad review earlier and even tho I think the communication can be a bit better & we discussed it - cleared the air. I kept my truck there and I am happy I did so I decided to change my review. This place is very thorough and I greatly appreciate all of their efforts.

The service I received on my vehicles was average. I'm giving 3 stars because this place has a way of making you feel like an outsider looking in. The staff is friendly enough, but in an unauthentic way. It's not a welcoming experience. I also did not find them to offer any suggestions - they simply did only what I asked. And when I did ask an open ended question about suspension, I was told they would do research and call me back...that never did happen.
