Tried too talk me into changing some parts that didnt need to be replaced. I asked him why they need to be replaced he gave me a bad excuse, he later said he was wrong and that they were still good
Greedy mechanic but appears to know the smog business. Tried to cheat me on his initial estimate. Would not go back to him.
Bad service I have ever experienced. Alpha Fleet service very bad service, employees Don't know what to do, High price doesn't fit service. I would never trust them again. Go somewhere else. Not recommendable
Its a fake repair shop with fake testimonial no one goes there unless u want to get a headache believe me my truck smells bad because of them by the way this comment is not a damn spam.
Extremely dissatisfied. Firstly I signed up for the express service and they told me it would take only one hour hence I decided to wait at the service centre. However, it took almost 3 hours. Also, the last half an hour they made me wait telling me the track had gone for a wash. But when it came back it was actually dirtier. So I don't think they washed it all.
The I am extremely not satisfied with their service in past five years. And some staff not willing to help you up when you need an assistant. The cleaning service of the is awful. They don't provide 24 hours service like others do. Most of service advisor are not clear with customer about the service they done. I hope to improve your services in future.
Worst service ever - send track for regular service, got back shaking and with warnings on, - after hanging in the phone for 3 hours still no reply on the phone. Took track to other shop that saids it's the sensors because the track is fine. Not going back to Alpha Fleet again, EVER
the guys are not professional at all. they have ruined my truck to a limit that the battery drained off during the cleaning process. when I phoned the guys the simple answer I got was replace the battery. even the quality of the cleaning was not up to the standards
Not satisfied with the performance. The work done to less than average. Could have been done much better. Many places the spots still appear and it looks like a bit of hurry job. Need proper supervision staff if they want to improve the quality and the name in the market.
