Unfortunately I have to leave this review but I have no other choice. Over $3,000 in repairs including an engine swap, clutch replacement and seals replaced. Here we are one year and only 10,000 miles later and almost every single seal leaks and the clutch has failed because of the leaks. Brought it in for warranty work because its pouring oil out of the bottom and was looked at like I had 4 heads. Clearly they don't stand by their work because this is a disaster. If you have a vehicle that needs serviced or repaired, Alpha Fleet is not the right place to go. The team will not take care your vehicle and when you leave you'll be happy. The service department is really busy. Not worth the wait.

The people at Alpha Fleet seem honest and have always done quality work on my truck, just don't expect great customer service or friendliness. They can come off as rude at times. Other than that they do good work.

nice people, horrible pricing!!!! do not take your vehicle here and simply look over the ridiculous costs!! i had my truck taken in and had an estimate for $1900 and took it to other shop and had it fixed days before 3rd street estimated and for only $800. do not bring your truck in and expect a low rate. very pricey.

Zero stars. They exaggerate damages and overinflated the cost. They wanted to nearly charge me $1k for brakes replacement and that's not including parts. Cost to replacing the motor mounts also does not include cost of parts. They are a new shop and desperately in need of income. I know a decent amount about trucks but I like to pretend I don't just to see how far these guys will go.

f I can save someone any future grief this is worth it. This guy is bad news. Lazy and dishonest to say the least . Should have know from the signs....no website, no email address no fax number. Hopefully won't be around much longer. BE CAREFUL ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I tuk may truck into hav da radiator replaced and da ruined the air conditioning. dey also deleted my earlier account of my experience. dis place is a total scam run by a BS Artist. AVOID or suffer the consequences

I went there seeing all the 5 star reviews to get my truck smogged and although the place was open, nobody was there. I rang the bell, I called out to see if anyone was in another room, and after waiting 10 minutes I bailed. Total waste of my time. I looked up another place right down the street and finished in 20 mins.

Made a apointment for a airbag recol onour family truck. Drove three hours in traffic for the appointment. When I arrived, I was told they were missing a bolt. Said they could not perform the repair. Not even an apology. Drove home in two hours of traffic. Bad business! Did not feel like a valued customer! They should check their parts inventory before making appointments. My business will go elsewhere.
