I would not give Alpha Fleet Service any stars at all. I thought they gave very poor service. I took my son's truck there to have the gas tank repaired and two days later the problem was worse than it had been before I took it to them. I don't think they really tried to fix the problem. They charged me 270 $ to do nothing. It cost 500 dollars to have it fixed properly. It is a price I would have gladly paid Alpha Fleet Service. We dropped off our box truck to Inland on 290 for a running lights and an inspection, we were told later that day that the truck would not start and needed a starter, quoted $1200 installed. After shopping around same starter found for $574.00. When we asked for truck to be released for pickup they got rude and immediately demanded payment, I asked if quote could be lowered to match competitor and they said they would push it out of shop for us to pick up later that day. HIGHLY over priced and tried to upsell me on other issues that was "wrong" with my truck. Funny, when I took it to another mechanic NONE of those things were wrong and what was wrong they fixed for $1,300 cheaper. Not to mention the fact that you had the truck for a week before you looked at it AND charged me $440 JUST to diagnose the problem and even though the estimate just for the diagnosis was $330 and when I complained you honored that estimate, which I appreciate however, you just lost this customer and I've got a l... read more

I would never go here to get work done they are way over price!! I bought a A.C hose from them is all, bcuz they wanted over $700 to replace the hose and to e vac & recharge the a.c. system, so I called other shop said he would do it for around $200 so if you need work done don't get ripped off!!!!

I had called and asked to speak to a specific person that I had worked with before and was told that I had the wrong number and was then hung up on. When I called back I asked if it was Alpha Fleet and he said yes and was very rude. Someone needs to give this guy some training on how to talk to customers on the phone

Ok so professionals want to work with professionals. This group are not pros. You cannot get information on their trucks. This guys won't call you back. I and my staff asked for information on their refrigerator tuck to hook it up to shore power. Nothing. If you want to deal with people that know their stuff and will be their to help you get you job done. I would recommend you look some where else. Horrible.

The worst customer service ever, look at the one stars this company gets, they get what they deserve. The woman who I dealt with should be working in a prison cafeteria, actually I would bet that was her previous job. If you're a true take my advice & go somewhere else

Called to ask if they repair/resurface flat bed utility trailers and the guy on the phone quickly responded with "no, we are a body shop" and hung up the phone as I was mid sentence with another question. So rude. I was led to his site and decided to call after looking at the services offered. My questions does not seem so out of his scope of work.

brought them my vehicle under time constraints to get my a/c looked at and subsequently fixed... not only did they not even look at it, but they straight up lied to me about it. previously, i brought them my vehicle to get the breaks fixed, and while they were able to identify the problem, they weren't able to get the parts.they say an honest mechanic is hard to find... keep looking.
