The worst place. Tried to get a state inspection. They keep scheduling again and again me for a month at least 6 times after they keep the truck for two hrs twice and no inspection. These guys are joking. NO worth your valuable time. Alpha Fleet Service is the worst. Very Bad!

When I was driving my truck last night, I ran over a nail and it was a slow leak. This morning when I checked, the PSI was 20 so I pumped it up and drove it here. For $50 to patch it? Really? They leave me no choice but to pay it. Got there at 7:30am and was out by 8:30am. It took an hour in the shop. Overpricing and at the same works like a TURTLE.

ALPHA Fleet Service screwed up my truck and I ended up losing lot of money..He hold my truck for days together, because of that I even spent on rental truck.. Till the end he didn't fix the issue, instead he added lot of problem.

Courteous but in end complete worthless. Truck broke down, they said they'd tow it if they could work on dat, I agreed. Truck had a fuel issue, they dropped the tank after farting around and checked at my behest and found the pump clogged. After charging me over a dollars they proceed to tell me the truck works now but I should clean the tank cause there's weird white stuff in it. I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. I took my truck here to get work done and not even a month later my truck broke down for the same reason I took it in with. The customer service is terrible!

I had came here to have my truck checked. Had a issue with my brakes, i would here a noise when i come to a come stop.This guys checked out and told me i need front bearings replaced which also has a sensor for ABS. Both bearing had be to replaced asap, if not the braking system would fail. I got an estimate for $1200 for both bearings to be replaced. Good for small work like oil change but not recommended for major maintenance. I did 120K service here with lot money spent and not satisfactory. Even for major maintenance they qote too match and I went with different in other shop which was very satisfactory and $200 cheaper. I should not have 120K service done even dealer price was just $100+ than other. Overpriced for major maintenance - minus 1 star. Not happy with 120K service - minus 1 star .I lost valuable money, time and truck performance - minus 1 star

Be it weekday or weekend, they never pick phone. If you directly go to der place will postpone you.Not sure how they are in business.

I need to find a new place for Oil Changed in my truck as the place we use the last 8 years is close. I hit reviews for a place that can be trust, quick service and very little upsell. I loved the option on their site to set an appointment and have follow up as a reminder. My wife went in today and waited 90mins for an oil change and multi-point inspection.
