I started taking our truck to alpha fleet services for oil change, they have good customer service ,but every time I had my oil changed,I had problems with the oil change forget to put cap back on and it was really hard to get my truck in for an appointment. Finding a good mechanic can be really a pain and Alpha fleet service and his staff don't know how to take care of my fleet of trucks!

My major complaint is: The job took twice as long as they estimated, which doubled the cost.10% off or 20% off I can understand but 100% off the estimate is too much. Parts were also inflated.lastly, they didn't do everything that I asked for, but that might have been good because of the incorrect estimate of time to complete the job.

Few months ago I brought my car to this place because I had an ignition cylinder problem. They charged me over $200 for an easy work and charged more supposedly for the cylinder (over $200 as well). I ended up paying almost $500 for whole work and part. They told me that my car is nicely fixed. However, 6 months of after this incident now I have a same issue and need to change my cylinder again. Nice people, horrible pricing!!!! do not take your car here and simply look over the ridiculous costs!! i had my car taken in and had an estimate for $1900 and took it to other shop and had it fixed days before Alpha Fleet estimated and for only $800. do not bring your car in and expect a low rate. very pricey.

I have been to Alpha Fleet Service for times for a Oil Change 4 times. They are never able to get me in and out same day with out an appointment.No matter what time I show up in morning I have to leave my Car. As far as all the recalls on my car. They NEVER have the parts on site and takes weeks to order and they never call me back when the parts come in. I am now paying $$$$. When my car is still at meet warranty. It shouldn't take two days for an hour worth of work for oil change .

I called Alpha Fleet Service recently to schedule a service for a recall on my vehicle. The person helping me told me that the earliest they could get me in was September 2018. I thought she was joking, so I laughed, then I realized she was serious. I was told they are very busy. I was dumbfounded. Definitely stay away from Alpha Fleet. Customer Service is not their specialty.

Terrible Service! I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon for a battery inspection, it is now Friday evening and still no answer. My car wasn't even seen until a couple of hours ago. I have had to follow up to even be told "no answer for you yet". I would have gone to another dealership if I knew the delays were so bad. Worst part, I had an appointment!!! So don't bother making appointments here or even bringing your car in. I would assume the Sales Department is on the same standard.

I had my appointment scheduled for almost an entire week and rearranged my day to accommodate "Your Mechanic". The morning of my appointment I received an email that my appointment had been cancelled. No longer interested in doing business with them.

1 star for service. I went yesterday, a little after 4, and I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no. Then they said, if I can wait because their are some reservation to go first. I asked if they could get to me today for an oil change. He said no because it was 25 minutes until closing. I was upset because it wasn't 25 minutes until closing when I arrived with my toddler and waited patiently.
