If you look for good rating, come here. If you look for high quality auto repair, look elsewhere. After the day, the engine light of my car come on. I had to have another shop to fix the low fluid problem. I had my car's wheel alignment done same day. They said they work and test twice, but the wheel alignment basical steered to the right exactly like it was. The owner give cold jokes that not funny.I given up on this shop and found better shops.

The service and repairs were shoddy. They fixed problem I had with my vehicle, but with parts they used were altered to make it fit instead of putting the correct parts on.

I walked in but didn't get a greet. 4 of the men is very busy look at 2 tracks. I had eye contacts with them but they didn't talk me. I left with frustration. Bottom line, don't expect to receive any standard greet from them. The social etiquette doesn't apply there. I rather pay a little more to the dealership so I could go home with smile.

Called too ask if they repair/resurface flat bed utility trailers and the guy on the phone quick respond with "no, we are a body shop" and hang up the phone as I was mid sentence with question. Rude. I was led to his site and decide to call after look at the services offered. My questions does not seem so out of his scope of work.

I not recommend to a friend bicose you son is not a responsible person. I fix my truck elsewhere the lick of oil,windshield viper and other things. you lost me as costumer all for you son. Go somewhere else.

Service here really sucks! I began having issues with my alternator after they have supposedly fixed it. They say they can't clear the battery light when they fixed my alternator issue (without replacing it). Took it to a another dealer and turns out they tampered with sensor connected to the alternator. Don't go to these guys if you're not local, they will take advantage of you because they know you can't make take it back to claim their warranty once you leave town.

I took my truck in Alpha Fleet Services for an issue and an oil change. After having my truck for several days and charging me a couple of dollars, the issue was not actually fixed. I was also a bit shocked what they charged for an oil change. Eventually I had another place fix it the right way for far less. I will not come back.

I will never go back to ALPHA FLEET! I had never been to a transmission repair place prior to this and tried it because the dealer quote and others I spoke to were very high. But this decision is a BIG MISTAKE and worst experienced that I have in my entire life! They wasn't able to do it for half of what the dealer was charging and after speaking with him,I felt bad giving my business to him and they are OVERPRICING. I can say that you should already closed your company to avoid inconvenience to other people!

Talk about an untrustworthy mechanic. Come in for a simple A/C service and then walk out with a bill for close to $1000 bill plus other problems that were non-existent before you put your truck in there. Not only did they not fix the original problem but now there is a god-awful sound in the engine that was not there the minute I left my truck there.
