Unreliable company. That was actually my first time to schedule an appointment. I told them to repair the AC of the truck. I scheduled it Saturday but then it took me two days to receive any response from them. No sense of urgency! Do not Hire AlphaFleet Service!
My fairly new RV lost a belt near Hoquiam, WA on a Sunday afternoon. Called them and scheduled an appointment. But, I was so shocked that they only left with bigger problems after they touched my RV. I should not trust you guys. CAUSE MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD. Bring back my money. Disgusting!
Stay away at any cost !!!!!!!!!! Very dishonest owner!!! We fix our truck with Alpha fleet service last month repairs cost was sky high and we got out of service violation on the scales because of major engine oil leak after they change valve gasket and other engine parts.Talking about owner Mikl Slobodchikov and his office worker wife Agnessa Slobodchikov I will say they are very dishonest and rude people especially when it comes to money related problems. Almaz Nur 4 reviews in the last week I was working for this company as owner operator they are very unprofessional and rude specially when it comes to issues and problems after their repairs . The owner of the company is real liar he never keep his words and thinking only how to use you and get the most money he can OUT OF DRIVERS AND CUSTOMERS then storing them in his SAFE .They did repairs on my truck and I got stuck on the middle of nowhere on I-90 . Use 2 work here! It's sucks! Workers in shop awesome but owner will rip U off!! If he thinks that It's time for U 2 go he just fires U and says: nothing personal it's just business!!!
