Took my ford truck with a miss. estimate was $230 charged me $430 and said couldn't find problem and drive it for a while and bring it back. 2 days later the truck was stuck and barely running and a small shop fixed it for under $100. Overpricing company.
The worst experience ever! And the customer service is horrendous. They are always right and you are always wrong. They initially installed an alternator which lasted 14 mos. I called but no they don't guarantee anything longer than 12 months. Second time for oil leak. Supposedly fixed, yet car continued to leak oil. I called and they sent out and he blamed the problem on the first technician. He fixed nothing and left and several months later, Boom! I have to replace the entire engine. If I could I'd give them negative stars. They not only didn't show up on the schedule appointments and when did, they didn't have the proper parts or tools, left a huge oil mess in my driveway and when they said the job was finished it wasn't. They failed to put coolant back in the radiator, so I blew the heads in my Expedition. I do not longer have an Expedition. But when I complained about they said because I brought it to a REAL mechanic, I broke the contract. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
I had a terrible experience with this company. They are very unprofessional and they don't even know what they are doing. I went with this company because I thought, they were professional but its the opposite. They gave me a price and told me it would be ready on a certain day. When I went back, they wanted to charge me way more then what they had already told me and my truck was not ready. Don't use these guys. They have the worst service. It's a bait and switch tactic when it comes to scheduling. They offer a schedule date within a few days of your booking and will invariably cancel and reschedule. They don't care. It speaks to their mindset and the quality of work is probably not too far behind.
Owner is without doubt the most inconsiderate, rude and annoying human on earth. Not only does he act like he knows everything but he talks to you in a condescending tone like "i can't believe you didn't know that." Additionally he is rude to his employees. I witnessed this interaction while in the shop, Employee comes to ask for a signature. The owner starts screaming while on the phone: Do you see this thing in my hand. It's a phone. I took my car in Alpha Fleet Services to get the brakes fixed, and two months later, the brakes failed again. I called another mechanic, who looked at my car and said that not only was the original issue not fixed, Alpha Fleet's had messed up something else in the process. I called and asked for a refund because I no longer trusted them to fix anything. Not only did they not give me a refund, they had a terrible attitude. Don't bother going there.
The worst place to go in town for truck repairs! Got a flat that ended up ruining my tire and couldn't get my spare tire down. Called Alpha fleet Service and they sent out really slow that I need to wait for a couple of hours for their response. The staff that I talked to was very irresponsible and rude. I was very disappointed with my entire experience from quote through repair. I had never been to a transmission repair place prior to this and tried it because the dealer quote and others I spoke to were very high. But this decision is a BIG MISTAKE and worst experienced that I have in my entire life! They wasn't able to do it for half of what the dealer was charging and after speaking with him,I felt bad giving my business to him and they are OVERPRICING.
