I'm starting to having issues with my alternator after they have supposedly fixed it. They told me that they can't clear the battery light when they fixed my alternator issue. Go to other mechanic and turns out they tampered with sensor connected to the alternator. Don't go to these guys they will take advantage of you bicose they know you can't make take it back to claim their warranty once you leave. I will nevver go back to alpha fleet.
Alpha Fleet Service is the worst. Tried to get a state inspection. They keep scheduling again and again me for a month at least 6 times after they keep the truck for two hrs twice and no inspection. These guys are joking. NO worth your valuable time. I will never use them again if I need repairs!
I have been very pleased by everyone at ALPHA FLEET SERVICE. But The Service Manager and the Techs have been very rude to work with and their feedback on the work done are worst service than ever. The required service has been scheduled and but not completed timely as promised. The work order always wasn't explain well and not detailed description of the actions/work performed. ALpha fleet doesn't make it and even make my problem WORST.
Truck broke down called this business and they were VERY LATE! And was very RUDE the gentlemen that came and worked on my truck was a really bad guy amd unprofessional! Amd he could not tell me straight forward with the truck issue! It took like an hour to get to the root of the problem and still not sure it was right! I don't remember the gentleman's name but very rude guy! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
“4th of March weekend they came to our rescue. We had a overheating Fleetwood motor home. They found the issue to be a loose water pump belt. On our way back the rig ran about 8 degrees over normal but was still much better then prior. I called and talked to them and he was more than rude and not willing to help. He never called me back and just me with questions in mind and haven't found the issue. They replaced the belt for me and I thought it's all perfect now. "I have a 40 ft diesel motorhome, which most truck shop are reluctant to service. When I called Alpha Fleet service and spoke to the Service Manager,at first he was very willing to service the chassis of the motorhome. The shop was very messy and dity, the techs were very unprofessional, placing floor protection and seat protection where ever they expected gone wrong. The work was completed unprofessionally and was not timely as promised. I will not go back again. Beware.
My first time there I was so happy I went, But that was before. because when i go back to check my truck that had been in an accident, the transmisson fluif and the coolant fluid were leaking and something was wrong with thenair system! They had me wait for couple of hours, because their were appointments to do first. But then, i wait. But when everythings done, it's my turn, they said I go back tomorrow for repair because they need to closed already! I will NEVER refer my friends and family to go there for truck repair.
Went in needing an alignment, got a quote for 100$ and left it there. Got a call from the guy saying we need over a thousand dollars worth of labor and parts. Took it to another shop and only paid 70$ for an alignment. They said the parts were worn but didn't need immediate replacing. Don't go here, complete scam.
No to Alpha Fleet! dat guy checked out and told me i need front bearings replaced which also has a sensor for ABS. Both bearing had be to replaced asap, if not the braking system would fail. I got an estimate for $1200 for both bearings to be replaced! Tried to other mechanic, quote only, $500! What a scam! Please be AWARE.
