Don't ever bring your truck here! The mechanics are clueless and the Customer service sucks! They don't care at all about a driver or their needs!
On Sunday called for after hour work, told him need to check engine light and to fix it, said yeah $100 after hour call. Shows up and he can only sell parts no work done. Had to pay $100 for nothing. Can't understand a damn word from him.
worst place to fix your truck. changing foot valve for 3 days nobody knows what is going on. every time we are calling on the truck nobody knows what is going on. 3 more hours, 3 more hours every time. that was last time i deal with that company.
This place is Dangerous to fix your Truck,The price starting 3,000 and up and employers are arrogant. Very slow service, not a good chance you'll get your truck done that day.
We had friends visiting from France. Their motorhome broke down and Trucks are Us totally took advantage of them. $907.73 to test a replace a Heavy Duty battery with a light duty battery. This did not fix the problem as it was a relay problem. Unless you live in Milton, I'd avoid this place.
Charged me 390.00 for 18 minutes of work.these guys are crooks stay away.didnt even fix problem
Real nice waiting area... problem is they left my intake clamp loose and some water hoses not secured.
Got charged 11 hours labor to refill freon for AC and windshield sprayer fluid, put piece of metal on exhaust pipe, put on new fender that we provided, changed piece of air line that leaked and put a new air governor. All these could have been done in at least half the time. One Man was even "the Jack" asking me, when I complained about the labor charge, why don't I fix trucks myself when I know so much. Unfortunately this is another rip off place in this city and we wanted to be regular customers.
I have been to a lot of repair shops and my wrost experience has been with this shop. I have nothing good to say about them:(
