Had to have a third brake light on my hummer h3 today. My appointment was for 7:30 am. I was taken right in, everyone was polite and professional. While were were waiting we were offered Starbucks coffee or drinks, snacks, etc. The blue team did an excellent job in a timely manner and I got my car back looking better than it did when we went in. Thank you James Dianna, the blue team and Suttle Motors. I will be back next month for some routine maintenance work. Thanks again!

I had a tire nearly flat from a nail today, the DAY before thanksgiving. I took my car to the Suttle dealership and they fit me in despite being very busy. They had me fixed up and ready to go in no time. Highly recommend this family owned dealership. Top notch customer service!
I had a wonderful experience while having my vehicle serviced at Suttle. From the moment I walked inside I was greeted with smiling faces and kind words. Rikki was very attentive and knowledgeable. I just purchased my first Cadillac after being a Volvo driver for many years. I had a fabulous experience with my purchase! Definitely recommend this dealership...I live in Chesapeake but will fight tunnel traffic to do business with these guys again.
