I just purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon. My experience with Suttle Motors has been one of the the best car buying experiences ever ! No hassle, no long wait times and I was literally in and out in an hour. The staff is awesome and a BIG shout out to Jessie Suttle for her awesome customer service !

Got an excellent deal and had wonderful customer service. Garland (I think that's how you spell it ) was so helpful and went above and beyond! Purchasing a vehicle isn't always a fun task, but we laughed more with the staff doing the paper work and dealing with finance than we had all week! All around GREAT experience!
They were wonderful but some of the critical work they did hasn't lasted and barely a year with some of these parts.

My husband had alternator replaced several weeks before for nearly nine hundred dollars at Suttle. It was a lifetime warranty, and failed soon after. The service tech, Jennifer, would not see the vehicle without an appointment. It was a work vehicle and was needed asap. I was turned away at 7:20 that morning. I waited to speak to Mr. Suttle. He was able to get my vehicle seen and repaired quickly. I have lost my faith in the service department to due this incident, and the theft that occurred right before this.

especially compared to other dealers I've dealt with in my 20+ years as a motorist, Suttle, did such an outstanding job of getting me in the right vehicle for the right price quickly and easily. All negotiations were made on the phone and when terms were agreed upon, Jaclyn Vazquez and Jacob Nantell drove the vehicle all the way out to Virginia Beach to deliver it and sign paper work.
