Arrived with no appointment. Service department worked my vehicle in to be looked at. Diagnosis of problem and corrective actions were explained. Wait time was not too long. Waiting area was clean, coffee was great, had a little issue with Wi-FI but it connected. THANKS!!!

Although the reason why I went to the Collision Center wasn't a pleasant one, I have to say that the estimator, Karen R. was really nice and comforting. I hope to have my work done at Suttle because of her. Thank you Karen for making a horrible situation a little better.

I used to love coming to this dealership...where I bought my car and had it serviced for years. Doug Carter was the best! I can't speak for the other service groups, but since he left the service department the Red Team is terrible. I don't recommend them. They have poor customer service and sloppy work. I am highly disapponted. I will not be returning after 10 years of going there.
