I had a repair performed and the problem occurred once again, brought the vehicle back to have it checked, was told that it was another problem (very strange) but the very same issues and how ironic the charge for fixing the problem was very similar to the amount i had paid for the same door, same issue same switch, it's making me a little leary on trusting the service department, i purchased a vehicle there and switched my service from one dealer to Suttle because i really felt it was a truly friendly trusted dealership loo... read more

Great event last night - it was fun & we learned a lot about some different GM models with the scavenger hunt. Can't say enough good things about how well we've been treated by all departments of Suttle, friendly & good group of people to deal with. Plus, for service, Suttle is just about the only dealer we've ever dealt with that does repairs without messing up anything else on the vehicle - like two show cars returned after major engine repairs without so much as a scratch!

Great time yesterday. Met some nice people. Am glad to be part of the Suttle family. Suggestion for door prizes--given the age of the group, prizes should be useable. Gift certificates to a local restaurant or fast food places would be welcome. Even if it was just $10 off. Something for the car? Small household item? It wouldn't have to be costly just useable for the age group. Rebounders and beauty treatments aren't interesting to us. Just a thought. Food was delicious and Suttle is an impressive business. Thank you!

I just purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain. My experience with Suttle Motors has been one of the the best Truck buying experiences ever ! No hassle, no long wait times. The staff is awesome and a BIG shout out to Vinnie for his wonderful customer service and an outstanding job of getting me in the right vehicle for the right price quickly and easily !
