I also would be upset and angry if I had to replace an engine or a vehicle, but please understand that we are trying to help. In your recap you said that "My car was not broken or even driving weird when I took it in" that was not the case at all as stated on the Repair Order. If you want your vehicle to look the best it can after hitting a deer. Suttle collision center is the place to take it. When I dropped it off everything was ready for me. Enterprise car rental is right there. Nikkie Barth made the estimate and worked with my insurance company. It was in there for a week and a half. When I picked it up I was really impressed. You couldn’t tell anything even happened! It is beautiful everything matches and looks flawless.
I want to give a huge shout to Nicole Boone for the great experience I had !! I will continue to return to suttle for future services.
