My car was towed to them and sat on their lot for 11 days and they had no idea until I called for a status update. A couple days later, they deemed my car a total loss. They said that they would cover any overages on my rental due to their 11 day error. My rental allowance ran out yesterday. Suttle said that they are not going to cover any overages because, as they said, USAA allows 5 days after the the vehicle has been deemed a total loss. USAA policy states no such thing. I… See more

The sales team was very friendly and did not pressure me. A salesman explained how to work the electronics. The truck was cleaned and spotless when I took it home. The finance person was friendly and helpful. A top notch organization! I was very pleased with everyone at Suttle.
After months and months of dealing with an adjuster for progressive.. I finally heard a response and was sent to here to receive a reimbursement. I walked in pain due to have surgery a week prior but there was a women that goes by Mrs. EVELYN who did not work for any insurance company just for suttle motors. She was so helpful that I busted out in tears that she was willing to help me when other just told me to have a seat.
