Mark Frank came to my house today and installed my brand-new water softener. I had Jason Kelley over to my house earlier that morning and they just happen to be able to install the same day. We had an air duct cleaning scheduled for this morning at 9am. I got a phone call about 8:35 saying they were 10 minutes away. They arrived promptly at 845 and got right to work. Kevin and Matt were great at explaining the process and getting it prepped. They worked as quickly as they could and explained any concerns they had with our vents. We were having problems with our 20 year old heating and a/c system, so after we saw a Superior display in Costco, we called and had a specialist come to our home. Marc Nicholas showed us several options that would work for our home and we chose the Lennox furnace and a/c. It took 2 days to install the system, and Mark Fidler and Burke Hawkins were prompt, efficient and clean. We are very happy with our new system.
Tim and Bryce came to our home to clean our heater vents today. We got an excellent price through Costco. We have lived here for 18 years and never had our vents professionally cleaned. We have used Superior in the past for water services and have enjoyed our experiences with them as well. Tim and Bryce treated us very well and were professional and courteous. Thanks guys! Feeling grateful! . Our water heater is only 3 yrs old and started draining through the relief valve last night at 12:00 am. I am grateful we have 2 water heaters, that the drain pan and pipe did its job so we didn't have any flooding. Most of all I am grateful for the Superior Water and Air technician who called us back at midnight and told us how to shut off the water and gas so we could get back to sleep. They have already called this morning and will be out to fix it by 10:00 am. Now that is service!!! Whew!
