Levi was very professional when helping us with a problem with our new Nest Thermostat. They were scheduled between 8 and 11 and we got a call at 8:45 saying they would be here at 9:00. Great customer service. We will call again if we have any problems in the future.

Levi just left my house maybe 45 minutes ago. Not only did he check things the first company I called didn't, he also spent time showing me things that I could do on my own. I could go on and on about Levi and Superior, but actions always speak louder than words. We will be back in the fall to have Levi install a new furnace for us! My hot water heater burst last night. Today, I went to the Home Depot at 8:30 am and by 2:00 pm I had a brand new one installed! I was amazed at how quick they responded to my request and had it installed. Matthew Dealy was very friendly and courteous! He explained everything to me. I will certainly recommend Superior to friends and family. Thanks Matt for doing such a great job!!

Superior Water & Air just installed a furnace, a water heater, a soft water unit, water purifier, and an Active TEK Air Purifier in our home. My hat's off to Mark F. (plumber), Mike P. (furnace) and Jeff B. (sales) for their professionalism, knowledge of the system(s), and their detail to quality. They took the time to explain every detail and question and concern I had. So far we're very pleased and excited about the upgrades made to our home. We highly recommend Superior Water & Air.
