Had them out yesterday to replace filters for my r/o system after 4 years of not having them done. At the last minute I chose to have my system replaced, after all it was 16 yrs old, but Martin did assure me that they would be happy to continue to service the old equipment. We needed to have duct work put in our unfinished basement, so that we could begin to finish the rooms. We had a couple of companies come and give us bids. Superior was hands down the best bid we got. We were interested in multiple options of how to work the duct work, including putting multiple zones on our current system and installing a separate system for the basement. Levi answered my call for service late on a very hot Friday night. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He had my A/C up and running in no time at all!
We were pleased with the assistance Brad gave us in choosing our new furnace. He was on-time and prepared for appointments as well as prompt in returning e-mails. Roger and Oscar completed the installation efficiently, thoroughly explained the functions of the new equipment, and left the area clean. This experience, as in all past dealings we’ve had with Superior, was very positive.
This was my first call but not my last! Levi came and found the issue right away. He gave me different options on how to fix the problems along with est price for each fix. He showed me what was wrong and helped me understand it all. A+
Martin Alvarado came to my home on 8/8 and he was great! He was very courteous and prompt.
