Our salesman Jim Hansen explained everything in terms we could understand. He was very professional and very helpful in letting us know what size of unit we really needed. The men that did the installation, Roger Pay and Oscar Hunsaker were both friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of the job in a timely manner and left our home as clean as they found it. We trusted them to go about their work without any worries.
Levi was very professional, he came out when he said he would and explained what it was we needed for our aging air conditioner. I would highly recommend him and Superior Water and Air to anyone that asks.

Right at the hottest part of this summer our air conditioner went out. We called Superior Water and Air who installed it 9 years ago. Chad came out to look at it late in the afternoon and determined what parts needed to be replaced. The next morning, Jeff Barlow came early with the needed parts. We have always had great service from Superior. We really enjoyed working with Levi this time and he did a great job explaining our options and what would work best for our needs and our desire to help the environment! Can't wait to get the new system!!
Shaz and Fernando came out and installed our new A/C unit. They did a great job.
Darrin from Superior water and air installed a new A/C cooler system in our home. He was very professional. Moreover, Trent, Jared, and Marc did a very good job repairing the water damage caused by the wrong installation of a previous water heater in our home and installed a new one. They came on time, and also clarified all our questions. Also something very important for me is that they were friendly, open, and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service!
The service we got from Levi was amazing. He came out, introduced himself and went to work. It didn't take him long to find the issue with our AC and fortunately he had the part on his truck. He fixed it, explained everything to us and we were good to go. Great job Levi, and awesome personality. Thanks for a job well done!
