Completely incompetent and unwilling to go the distance to fix the system sold to me. Just had a competitor out to work on the system again. Not skilled enough to understand their own product combinations for heater, air conditioners, and thermostats. Good luck if you do business with them, I wouldn't trust them to install a microwave oven correctly. They will abandon their own products and installs.

Courtney came out and diagnosed my A/C and found the problem quickly. He communicated what was wrong and how to fix it in terms I could understand, then ordered the parts I needed. Came back when the parts came in and installed them with no problems. Turned the unit on and now I have A/C again. Clean appearance, asked to use shoe covers in my house. Best service Ever! So professional, friendly and courteous. Had an air conditioner installed in my wood working shop and it not only functions perfectly- it looks clean and nice. The job was done right, no cut corners. All my questions were answered and paperwork handled promptly. I will be putting Superior on my cell contact list. They are the best!
levi serviced my AC the other day and he was very personable, professional and efficient. I would recommend SW&A for all your home service that they perform.
Just had my central air installed by Superior. They are very professional and courteous. They have also done my furnace, tankless water heater and water softener, I will always get a bid from them for my household needs.
