We had the Deluxe Whole Home water softener and osmosis filtration system installed two years ago. Our salt usage for water softening was cut 75%-80%. Levi came to do a one year service follow-up and maintenance to our Lennox furnace installed by Superior a year ago. He was courteous to me and my home. He also did a great job explaining the findings - that everything is great - and cleaned our flame sensors. I really appreciated his being on time and calling right before he came as well. Rob replaced furnace in our home with a 2 stage variable Lennox furnace. Rob was punctual and called a half hour prior to his arrival. He was professional, informative, and courteous. We experienced a neighborhood power outage while he was installing, and continued to work despite the conditions, and our furnace was working properly within minutes of our power being restored.
