Tech, Jacob Crandall did a very good job yesterday of bringing ordered product, replacing humidifier pad and ignitor on our furnace. Lance, who originally came to service the furnace was also impressive. I appreciate good service and courtesy shown.
Just had a new 98% efficiency HVAC gas furnace installed to replace a dying original furnace. The original was tightly placed, and it took a bit of struggle for Mike Pokorny to get it out. Took much longer to put in the new one, and it doesn't look nearly as professionally installed. Looks like it was pieced together with uneven tin attached by screws and Silver Caulk Silicone. Now we have over 80 ft of 4 inch white pipe at a 90 degree angle across the ceiling beams...hanging lower than the original ducts. May be a problem w... read more
Exellent Water, Excellent Price and Excellent Service from Rich!
I loved my experience with Superior. I certainly know where the name came from. They were the cleanest service people I've ever had in my home. Not only did they clean up their own mess, but the swept my entire garage! They laid down brand new drop clothes from my front door to the work area. I wish they could service everything in my home that needs servicing. Good job Mitch, Ben and Tim F.!
