Our old water heater stopped working on Sunday, and so we went to Home Depot. They set us up with Superior Water & Air. When they called on Monday (Sept. 29), they were just going to give us an estimate and install another day. When I told them that my autistic son was really upset that we had no hot water (he has major sensory issues with cold water), they said, "We can't have that!" Once again, WOW service from everyone at Superior Water & Air! This visit was to replace filters on our water filter system, inspect our softener and tankless water heater. Mike gave us good maintenance recommendations and took care of everything.

We have a Hague water softener that very seldom needs servicing, but when it does I trust Superior Water & Air. Martin A. is a thorough, bright and capable technician that always answers our questions and concerns. Communication is important to me. WOW! Nothing can be more distressing than to wake on a Saturday morning to a broken air conditioner...also complicated with major events going on in our lives. But Superior Water and Air were so kind and worked us into their already busy schedule. Courtney had it fixed in just a half hour. Fair, honesy, and quality work..thanks we are very "cool" now!!!!!
