Justin the tech who came to change the filters in the water filtration system was efficient and friendly. He answered the questions that I had in a professional manner.
We had the Ultimate Comfort System installed a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is WOW! This system is so quiet I have to check to see if it's on. I'm anxious to see how much difference in our utility bill there will be. I love that using the touchscreen thermostat, I can program my temp and the system will change over to either air or heat depending on the need. Superior has always given us expert care. Today Craig checked our furnace because it has not been working correctly. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions for the future. We will continue to call Superior when we need help.

After having our Water Softener installed seven years ago, we knew we would be happy with Superior's installation of our new Tankless Water Heater. We were notified of the arrival time and given an estimated time for completion. The crew (Mitch, Jared and JJ) did a great job and were very professional, friendly and efficient! Guy came out to fix my furnace on Wednesday. I truly cannot say enough great things about him and the work he did. He was courteous and professional, he didn't mind explaining things as he went and because he went the extra mile to check things that other repair people overlooked because the step was too difficult, Guy found the problem in short order and got my house heated again. Because of the great experience I'm happy to use Guy and Superior Water and Air for any other needs that come up. A++ work!
