Today i had the pleasure of meeting Chad and he came in and was very helpful, he answered all of my questions. Technician Jeff Barlow came to our home today to service our furnace. He was knowledgable and friendly, explaining what he was doing and what to watch for. He explained a lot of options available to us as far as service contracts as well. He took the extra time and effort to make sure that we were happy, making us feel like important clients. We would recommend Superior Water & Air to anyone looking for a great company who genuinely cares! Thank you so much!
There was a misunderstanding about what I was getting as far as the filter set-up. My furnace is not even 2 years old and is having trouble. I did have a fantastic service the first time after it was replaced. So kudos to the service team
We just installed a whole home filtration system. Mark Frank was our installer and was awesome!! Very respectful of our home and family. He did a great job and we are so happy with our water. Dishes are sparkling clean and no more hard water spots. Filtered water makes beautiful ice cubes. Finally no bottled water at our house!

Scheduled for an installment of water softener on Thursday. I had to take a day off from work. Waited from 8AM to 1:30PM and they were a no show. When I called to ask what the problem was, they told me the guy showed up and left a message because no one was home. I had no note left in front my door, no missed phone call. No professionalism whatsoever. You don't do business by flaking on the people who give you business.
