Chad from Superior Water & Air was wonderful. We had issues with our tankless hot water heater shutting off the burners every few minutes. He knew just what to do. He took the heater apart and performed the much needed maintenance. The heater has been working great since Chad's fix. Thank you very much.

RecommendedSuperior has the best tec out there. Martin Alvarado came out to service our water softener and hot water on demand unit. We have had many concerns over the years and Martin took the time to answer our questions and explain what was going on. We have well water that smells like sulphur. Our system was not working like it should, but by the time Martin was finished we could see a big differance. Thanks Martin for all your help. Superior Water better keep him around for a long time. Give him a raise, he deserves it.
Jacob G came out to do the yearly service on our tank less water heater. He was very friendly and had a very good at his job. We are glad he took the time to explain everything he was doing and did a very good job.
I first purchased a water softener from home depot & it was installed by Superior. They did a great job with explaining my options & the install. I contacted them again to replace my heater. Again, great service & explanation of possible products. I'm working with them now to have central air installed. We called, we scheduled, and they came and fixed it and we were back up and running right away and they didn't try to upsell, bait and switch, or anything... they just fixed it!
