I'm amending my original review. We had some difficulties with the replacement, but it appears the problem was with the manufacturer, not Superior. Chris Jr and Carlos were amazingly awesome. When it looked like we would have to live with cold water for a few days, they went to corporate to plead our case, and get us a good unit. The very next day, the old new unit was replaced with a good one, and now we have hot water! Roberto from Superior installed our new kitchen sink and did an exceptional job. Beautiful install and great job of cleaning up. Can't recommend Roberto high enough.
Martin came by today and serviced the water system, he was Awesome! Answered all my questions and gave me a lot of information I didn't know of! I highly recommend Superior Water!
RecommendedLevi was the technition sent to help us with our furnace. He listened to my description, knew right away what the problem was. I had had a seasonal check last month and my furnace wasn't running as it should. He was in and out within 30min. I know a lot of people are concerned with appearances. All of Superior's technitions that have shown up have looked professional and more importantly honest with their service. I appreciate not being charged for todays sensor cleaning.

Superior installed a water softener and purified filter some years ago. Martin serviced the reverse Osmosis system a month ago. He returned today to make sure everything is working well. He did an outstanding job, he was very friendly and he explained everything about the the things that he serviced. Top notch personnel and Company. Thank You Martin.
We decided that since our furnace is a good 30 years old, we were due for a thorough servicing. I signed up with a rep at Home Depot. Today Jacob came, introduced himself, and went right to work. He explained what he was doing all the way. Everything was working well except a capacitor, so we had it replaced. Jacob is a very friendly-- and honest-- guy! Very happy with the service, and charges were reasonable.
Trenton Chapple installed a new 50 Gal water heater for us today. He was quick, efficient, helpful, respectful of our home and had answers to all our questions.
Love Superior Water & Air!!! They REALLY are SUPERIOR!!! Jacob repaired our furnace, found a loose wire, tightened the fan motor, checked everything, and told me about filters that would be better to use than what we have. VERY INFORMATIVE!!! I learned a lot from him. Thanks Jacob! You did a great job and you were very nice. We will not use any other company.... just Superior. Very impressed!
