Appointment was schedule, Robert came and installed our water heater, he did a great job. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been using Superior for years and have received consistently outstanding service. Most recently, Mike Pokomy did an excellent job installing a steam humidifier and tankless water heater
After an initial hiccup Martin came on very short notice and went above and beyond to make everything right. Not only did he fix the problem but he tested the water, reset my water softener timer, showed me how to watch the water pressure, checked all the other lines, gave advice on adding insulation and filled my tank with 2 bags of salt. Great customer service that made a lasting impression. Will use again if I need help.
Roberto was efficient and took great care of getting our water heater hooked up. He was friendly and answered all my questions in detail.
RecommendedHad some issues, so posted here. Monica was right on top of it! Have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon and I'm sure, after speaking with others in the company, that all will be resolved to my satisfaction. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My furnace stopped working on Christmas. I was able to get an on-call service man to walk me through troubleshooting and then options at 0100. The followup visitor, Chad, was prompt and sympathetic, and worked hard to diagnose and fix the problem. He was personable, and taught me a great deal. I will definitely use Superior Water and Air for all my HVAC needs!
