We had exceptional service from beginning to end but the guys who installed the unit far exceeded any expectations I had for customer service. They were extremely courteous and informative when it came to everything that was going on during the install. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. We had an excellent experience with Superior Water and Air 3 years ago when our A/C Condenser went out, it was 100 degrees on a Friday at 4:58 pm. Superior was here in 30 mins and fixed our A/C. We were so please, so when it was time to get a new furnace and A/C system because ours was 24 yrs old, we called Superior. The sales rep came and showed us all our options. We bought our house ten years ago. Living in Magna we needed a water softener and drinking system. More was installed than what we contracted for. We weren't very happy about it. About six months ago the water softener quit working. I wasn't very happy about our previous experience, so we weren't excited about contacting Superior to fix it. Isaiah Medina was our plumber and he was awesome. He was very thorough and definitely went the extra mile. He took the time to show me all that he did and explained the ins and outs of the water softener. I would recommend him for any job!

Extremely speedy & friendly service. I was able to put in a request online in the evening & Allen arrived at 10 am to begin the process. Very professional. Richard did an excellent job of trying to repair the water heater but to no avail. The new heater was installed, bringing it up to code. Highly recommend Superior.
