Alan, got all the details and requirements that i requested, scheduling and installation dates set. This morning the installer called and advised he is enroute and showed up on time. At the Last minute i decide to have the equiptment, power lines and hoses relocated and the installer said no problem! We had Superior Water and Air install a generator in our home several years ago. It has been a wonderful source of back up power! Levi just completed the routine maintenance- and did a very professional job. I highly recommend their work!

Recently I had Superior Air and Water come to my house to fix my tankless water heater. It kept shutting off after 5-10 minutes and would not stay at a steady temperature. Upon arriving the plumber informed me that a flush of the system for $300 would fix this issue. After the flush did not fix the issue, I was told a part for $280 would fix the issue. The part finally did fix the issue, but now I am out $580 for a $280 problem. I could have flushed the system myself, including the materials and pump, for under $80 if I was ... read more
