Spencer was just out to service our water purifier. He was quick, businesslike and very pleasant to deal with. He did a good job; and I would recommend him to anyone.
Superior has been a provider of choice for almost 30 years. Last year I replaced my furnace and upgraded to central air with them and got excellent customer service. I have their home warranty where they come out and and do checkups, I love this program! What a professional, kind and clean crew. Thank you!

When Gary came he was professional and didn't take long to accomplish the job we called about. He was here and gone in the specified time and gave me much information about my hot water system. He did well with flushing the Rinnai system.
We were very disappointed in our water Filtration system that was installed, because you continue to make a lot of noise when it would refill. We were so pleased that Spencer was able to correct this where there is now no noise and we are very happy!
We have had Superior do out water softener, tankless water heater. Drinking water ect. We have been very happy with their work , their products, Quality and employee's that are polite and willing to answer your questions or if they are not sure on an answer they will get in touch with someone that can answer your questions
I've used Superior for several years. The service techs arrive on time, are clean and respectful. They perform the job, clean up land leave in a timely manner. I'm always happy with the service I receive. Jacob was the service tech this time and he was prompt, efficient and courteous. Good job Superior!
We contacted Superior by phone on about 4-4-5-2017 and made an appointment for 4-10-2017. Mr. Martin Alvarado called us and said he was on his way and showed up aprox. 15 min. later. He introduced himself and came in the home and went directly to the source of our call, the water softener and checked things out and told us our options and time line and cost to remedy our problem. HE was kind, polite and very respectful. We would recommend Martin to anyone. Kent and Linda Garfield
