I have bought expensive heating, ac, and water filtration systems from them. They often screw up things when installing, but eventually get things right. This time a great service and work from dispatchers who scheduled a technician, and then rescheduled due to cancelation, so we received a prompt service that resolved our problem.
Spencer is AMAZING! My problem was his problem. Spencer is an expert with deft communication skills. What a great asset to Superior and their customers. Well worth the wait to have him as your technician.
Mason Johnson came to replace the filters on my reverse osmosis water filters, he was right on time and did a great job and fixed a few leaks too. We have been with Superior for many years,they have also installed our furnace. I would recommend him highly. Carol Winkempleck.
I had Roberto come and install a water softener and RO drinking water system. All I can say is he did an outstanding job, very professional installation and accommodated my needs for keeping one faucet hard water, I have always had a great experience with Superior Water and Air and today was no exception, well done!
