Jason showed just 15 minutes into the time slot. He was fast and efficient in changed out my osmosis filters and checked my water softener. He did great work, and was in and out without a lot of fuss.
Gentry Lewis from Superior Water and Air came and in about an hour had it working again. Friendly, courtesy and very efficient.
The technician was very helpful and thorough. We really appreciated the fact that he recommended things to save us money. It wasn't about making money and sale us products. We had an overall great experience.
Spend your money elsewhere. After scheduling a service call over a month prior. Superior Water called and cancelled the first time because of " family emergency" for their technician. I rescheduled again for 2 weeks later. The day before my client was expecting the service they once again called and cancelled and informed me they no longer perform the service that I was scheduled for. Running a water line in a home. Rich was awesome when he came out to install a new water heater. He went the extra mile and helped with various other plumbing issues we had going on and was very nice and competent.
Martin did a great job! He was very professional and very nice. He even informed me that we had the wrong size of filter in our heater that our heater company didn't bother telling us about.
