After Superiors sales rep Glen came on Friday and gave me the “TRUE” cost to replace my compromised H2O heater. Roberto came the next day and immediately recognized that the previous location of my H2O heater was not ideal. We have a home warranty through Superior and they are always super helpful in fixing any problem quickly. Lance came out quickly on a cold Saturday to fix our furnace. He checked all working components to make sure he diagnosed the problem accurately and returned promptly to take care of the problem. I won’t call anyone else except Superior.
