Martin Alvarado is their best plumber. The scheduling department needs improvement. The prices at Superior are OUTSTANDING.
I had Mason Johnson and Tyler Dahl perform a water softener tune up and they did a fantastic job. Not only were they professional in their work and in answering my questions, but they were very personable and enjoyable. Thanks Superior Water & Air!
RecommendedMy experience with superior water and air was excellent, the two gentlemen that came to my home were very courteous, polite, and extremely efficient, the mess that was made when they drilled a hole in my counter they made sure to clean all of it up, even the little splatters on my coffee maker. We recently bought a house and needed to replace the water heater and softener system and superior water and air came out to do a bid. Incredibly professional and was very knowledgeable on different options that would work for our home. They sent out Cruz and Mike to install both items and they did an outstanding job. Before it was a crazy mess of pipes and wires....they pulled the old stuff out and brought everything up to code and it looks amazing! Better yet the system works so much better then the old! Second time we used Superior. First time for air duct cleaning,and now we purchased water softener. Both times the entire process was explained very clearly and was followed with expert service. Slight electrical obstacle with our house wiring was not a problem for the technician, who showed up at promised time and completed the work before promised time. Awesome job.
