They are always very helpful servicing my water softener and reverse osmosis. They call me to remind me that it is time for a routine check and a change of my filters. I never think about these things unless I get a reminder. They are very professional and curtious.
RecommendedI always use Superior because they show on time, work hard, and get it right the first time. The team installed a heat pump with challenging electronics and it was a superior job.
My A/C needed to have a check up because in this heat it didnt seem to cool down my house and now all is well.
Jacob Gregory came today to check my AC. I think he has been to my house some time ago. Very professional. spent a couple hours and took care of the issue. I would only deal with superior for any heating or cooling issue. He started by telling me what he thought about the issue. He made sure i was aware of the issues he corrected. If i need them again I will request Jacob Gregory to come out. thanks superior and Jacob
