I needed a new furnace. The old one was in our home when we purchased it nearly 30 years ago. The duct work was all wrong and not up to code in anyway. I also purchased central air. Roger and Daniel installed a new furnace, central air, and replaced the duct work. Everything is up to code and all safe now. They were very professional and did a great job. I was very impressed and will most likely be using Superior, for plumbing issues as well.
Jacob did a wonderful job. VERY knowledgeable and efficient. He was very courteous and explained everything. Jacob asked my permission to do the work before proceeding. I'm very happy. Great to have heat again! Five star rating!
I set up a HVAC and furnace tune up through the home depot. I was impressed with how quick and thorough the tech was (Gentry Lewis) he was professional and kind through the whole experience. Payment was easy and convenient. And the price was very affordable.
Exceeded expectations, initial meeting on Friday, installation completed on Monday. Clean, professional, customer focused. Now we how the furnace performs as well as Superior did.
I asked so many questions regarding our old water softner and water filter. I probably had to ask same questions a few times, but Mason was patient and explained what is probably going on in the tank and how to take care of the water systems, not just how to fix the problems we have currently. Anyhow, I was very thankful that he was patient with me the whole time. Ha ha:)
