I have been a Superior customer now for approx. 18 months. ALWAYS courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, no gimmicks or sales pressure. Gentry Lewis was our Service Tech this last visit. Arrived on time, did a thorough and efficient job, fully explained the condition of my furnaces and the work performed. Couldn't ask for any better! Thanks again, Gentry and Superior!

Service to install a new water heater was excellent; it was an old house and required a lot of work to bring up to code superior rep was very thorough and went above and beyond to complete the job.
Called first. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. Was completely personal and helpful throughout the visit.
