I had an after hours call. I paid the $150 after hours call. The repair required replacing a failed capacitor - I was shown a price of $232.00 - thinking it expensive, I agreed to it. Checking today - I find the part available from many suppliers from $2.50 to $11.00. The service called lasted about 30-45 minutes. This pricing is ABUSIVE and I feel I was utterly taken advantage of and misinformed as to the true cost of this part. I am placing a hold on my payment until this is corrected and explained.
Mitch and Lyle installed a tankless water heater and a water softener at my home today. They treated me and my property with professionalism and I really appreciate their efforts. I would highly recommend these guys. Bruce Anderson.

We have some issues going on with our water softener, when I called they were prompted to get the service work out the next day. They gave us a four hour window, however the service worker gave me a call 30 min before heading over. She was very nice and explained which thing she was checking. She was able to diagnose the problem and fix the problem within an hour.
We are very impressed with Superior Water and air. We had a furnace problem and they got someone here the next day. Levi Hatch was our technician and did an excellent job explaining our options which made it easier to make a decision. Work was very reasonably priced and scheduled to be completed very quickly. It is very unlikely that we will call anyone else for our water or air issues.
Got the job done quickly with very little mess and no clean up on my part. Thanks.

I can't really remember the names of the nice gentlemen that came into our home, BUT, the sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the installation crew were in point, though they came at the very end of the estimated time frame, they worked hard and were very thorough & helpful when we had questions (I do remember the name of the guy installing the stuff under the sink, Roberto, very polite, even to my little son who kept pelting him with questions!) will most likely keep Superior on the top of the list for fu... read more
